Why Choose Us?
- We're human-centric by design, integrating patient care, clinician careers, education, laboratories, and technology into a single ecosystem. This structural approach delivers outcomes traditional corporates can't match through scale alone.
- We're systematically excellent, not dependent on individual brilliance. Through evidence-based protocols, structured mentorship, and disciplined technology adoption, we've made clinical and operational excellence repeatable across every location.
- We're sustainably structured, expanding through strategic partnerships grounded in ethical governance and shared values. Our growth model prioritises long-term community impact over short-term scale.
Trident’s Three Strategic Prongs
Patients
Trident delivers Excellence Without Exception across every location through consistent, high-quality dental care. We’re committed to evidence-based practice and transparent pricing, so patients can clearly understand their options and make informed choices. Our approach is designed to reflect what matters most: professional standards, value, and consistency.

Practices
Built to Last, Built to Lead reflects Trident’s focus on creating a dental home clinicians can trust for the long term. Shaped by decades of combined clinical and business experience, and refined through years of building and improving high-performing practices in Western Australia, Trident offers a stable, clinician-led network where standards stay high and support is consistent. Our model is designed for sustainability, so clinical decisions are not reshaped by short-term profit targets.

Exceptional Care by Design, Built on Integrity and Purpose
Our Strategic Blueprint
Trident delivers patient excellence through established service standards across all touchpoints, evidence-based clinical protocols combined with patient-centred care, and integrated technology systems. These interconnected elements create seamless experiences from first contact through treatment. Our systematic approach promotes consistency whilst allowing personalised care for individual needs.
Clinical Care Standards
Trident is committed to evidence-based dental practices and continuous professional development. Technology adoption enhances precision and outcomes through systematic training.
Patient Experience Journey
Trident creates consistent and considerate patient experiences from first contact through follow-up. You'll feel heard, informed, and supported throughout your care.
Transparent Value & Pricing
Trident provides transparent, upfront treatment costs and clear communication about your options. Understanding the value of quality care helps build trust.
Trident supports clinician growth through formal mentorship programs with strategic matching, dual career pathways, and a culture of psychological safety. Clinicians can choose between Clinical Mastery and Practice Leadership. These programs provide concrete support structures, including case-based learning, monthly CPD sessions, and transparent progression criteria.
Tiered Mentorship Program
Trident's three-tier system includes Foundational, Growth, and Leadership levels. Strategic matching provides structured guidance, case-based learning, and monthly CPD lectures.
Dual Career Pathways
Two tracks exist: Clinical Mastery for technical training, or Practice Leadership for management and equity. Transparent progression criteria empower your choice.
Empowered Clinical Autonomy
Clinicians have a genuine voice in decisions within psychological safety culture. Support balances structure with freedom, unlike traditional corporate models.
Trident grows through disciplined technology adoption, transparent governance, and genuine community impact initiatives. Values-driven decision-making guides the organisation's expansion. This approach contrasts with acquisition-focused corporates by prioritising sustainable development over rapid scale. Strategic integration across education, laboratories, and technology supports long-term value creation.
Purpose-Driven Innovation
Trident adopts technology that improves patient care, efficiency, or experience. Strategic integration across education, laboratories, and technology drives better outcomes.
Transparent Governance & Accountability
Trident maintains ethical leadership, financial transparency, and clear authority lines. Decisions align with core values, contrasting organisations experiencing purpose drift.
Community Impact & Social Responsibility
Trident supports Western Australian communities through health initiatives and environmental responsibility. Building long-term societal value earns social licence to lead.

After practising for more than four decades, I was initially very apprehensive about selling, especially when my partners were ready to retire. Looking back, it has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. Trident has brought a breath of fresh air into the clinic, and it’s incredibly rewarding to see Karrinyup thriving in a way it never has before.
Joining Trident Dental Group has allowed me to return to what I love most: the clinical side of dentistry. Stepping away from the pressures of running a business on my own has given me more time, space and support to focus on delivering the best care possible for my patients. As a mother, the balance was becoming increasingly difficult. Partnering with Trident has been incredibly positive, both professionally and personally. The operational support, systems and shared clinical knowledge have made an enormous difference, and I feel confident knowing my practice is growing sustainably while I concentrate on my patients and my family.
Having worked at Maylands for many years, I’ve seen the clinic transform from a small two-dentist practice into a thriving ten-dentist team. The shift in culture has been remarkable — the clinic feels brighter, more supportive, and far more energising. It truly feels like a place we all look forward to coming to each day.
