Growth (3-5 years)
Trident offers continued mentorship, exposure to complex cases under oversight, and development of special interests in endodontics, implants, or cosmetics. Peer case sharing expands your capabilities, refines your techniques, and helps you discover your expertise.
Leadership (5+ years)
Contribute through mentoring colleagues, participation in the Clinical Advisory Board, and publishing case studies. Choose between Clinical Mastery for specialisation or Practice Leadership for management and partnership, defining your leadership direction.
